Moldovan PM Dorin Recean announced one billion lei investments, through 373 governmental programme

Moldova’s Prime Minister, Dorin Recean, stated that the business people from Moldova already invested one billion dollars through the 373 governmental programme.

„This is an encouraging start, which shows the potential this project has. I am happy to see that, among those almost 250 businesses with 3,703 employees within the programme, there are 60 companies managed by women and over 70 young people who develop investment projects,’’ Dorin Recean said.

The biggest investments were made in projects on production and supply of renewable energy (37 per cent), transport and depositing (23 per cent), in processing industry (18 per cent), agriculture (8 per cent) and health (6 per cent). All these projects create new well-paid jobs and provide new opportunities of economic development in all regions of the country.

„The government builds a strong economy and backs the entrepreneurs, creating good conditions for the development of businesses here, at home. I encourage business people to invest in Moldova and to benefit, in continuation, from access to advantageous financial resources which this programme provides,’’ PM Dorin Recean said.
