OpenAI to Grant U.S. Authorities Full Access to Its Artificial Intelligence!

Following the launch of ChatGPT, an AI-based program, OpenAI has decided to allow U.S. regulatory authorities access for system monitoring and risk prevention. The Institute for Artificial Intelligence Safety, established by the Biden administration in 2023, has signed a similar agreement with OpenAI’s rival, Anthropic, according to Axios.

The two companies have committed to working with the institute to assess and manage security risks.

“These agreements mark a new step in the secure development of AI-based systems. Our collaboration with the Institute will leverage their expertise in cybersecurity,” the companies stated.
