Polish Secret services broke into Zbigniew Ziobro’s house, the leader of the nationalist party Sovereign Poland. Patryk Jaki: ‘Mafia-style action!’

Patryk Jaki, member of the European Parliament from the Sovereign Poland party, announced that “In the morning, at the request of neo-prosecutors Tusk and Bodnar, the services broke into Zbigniew Ziobro’s house,” considering it to be a ‘mafia-style action.’

Authorities are investigating Ziobro on suspicion of money laundering from the Justice Fund.

“Bodnar’s team entered the homes of MPs Wosia, Romanowski, and Matecki,” Patryk Jaki transmitted on social media. “Today morning, at the request of neo-prosecutors Tusk and Bodnar, the services broke into Z. Ziobro’s house. They smashed windows and destroyed the house,” he wrote on the X platform (formerly Twitter).

The MEP emphasized that the authorities acted in the absence of Zbigniew Ziobro, who was undergoing treatment (the former Minister of Justice suffers from cancer).

“They didn’t even try to contact him – he would have let them in, considering his phone number is publicly known. They did it intentionally. It’s a mafia-style action,” Jaki transmitted.

Patryk Jaki, who temporarily leads Sovereign Poland due to Zbigniew Ziobro’s health condition, stated that the authorities’ investigation targets the management of the Justice Fund and the grants awarded to the Archipelag center.

“The purpose of the Justice Fund is to help victims. The center being built by Father Olszewski will serve hundreds of violence victims. Victims with children in the Archipelag are separated from the perpetrators and receive proper assistance and care. They undergo therapy, workshops, and other forms of assistance, allowing them to start a new life. The entire subsidy is directed towards this project. There are no hidden costs,” he wrote.

The politician added that “the media have already passed judgment on this issue,” and “many people have stood up in defense of the center,” including members of the Polish Bishops’ Conference. “The entire action stems from the alleged ‘diversion’ of the grant, as funds can only be awarded to leftist organizations, not to priests who have been helping people for many years,” Jaki wrote.

Patryk Jaki wrote that the document was signed by Prosecutor of the National Prosecutor’s Office Marzena Kowalska. According to the MEP, she was illegally promoted to the National Prosecutor’s Office. According to Jaki, “all her decisions are null.”
