Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu to Undertake First Official Visit to Bucharest

Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu will make his first official visit to Bucharest on Thursday, November 13, since assuming office. During this visit, the head of the Moldovan government will hold a series of meetings with senior Romanian officials.

The agenda includes a meeting with Bucharest Mayor Nicușor Dan, followed by a reception at Victoria Palace, where Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan will host his counterpart. According to an official statement, discussions will focus on the bilateral agenda and joint projects of common interest, with direct impact on citizens of both countries. The meeting will conclude with a joint press statement.

Following these meetings, Alexandru Munteanu will hold talks with members of the Romanian Parliament and meet with Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Romanian Crown, as well as His Royal Highness Radu, the Prince Consort of Romania.

This visit represents an important step in strengthening bilateral dialogue and cooperation between Romania and Moldova, highlighting the commitment of both sides to joint projects and solid institutional relations.
