The World Bank Supports the Modernization and Energy Efficiency Upgrade of Four Kindergartens in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova
Four early childhood education institutions in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, will be renovated and modernized under the “Improving the Quality of Education” project, financed by the World Bank.
To this end, the authorities have launched the procurement procedure to select the companies that will carry out the rehabilitation works.
Kindergartens Included in the Project
The investment program covers kindergartens No. 197, 103, 174 and 150, where energy efficiency measures and infrastructure modernization works will be implemented. The interventions aim to create a safer, more comfortable, and more energy-efficient educational environment, improving the conditions provided for both children and staff.
Procurement Process
The tender is being organized by the National Office for Regional and Local Development (ONDRL), the institution responsible for implementing the infrastructure component of the project. Economic operators may submit bids for one or more lots, with each lot to be evaluated and awarded separately.
Deadline for Submission of Bids
Interested companies may submit their bids until 31 July, 11:00 a.m. Applications must be submitted exclusively in hard copy, in a sealed envelope, and all documentation must be prepared in Romanian.
