Bees Airlines, a new airline will operate from airports in Romania

The airline Bees Airlines, recently registered in Romania, has announced that it will start its first regular routes in August, with departures from Bucharest, Suceava, and Chișinău, Moldova.

Bees Airlines, recently certified by the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority (AACR) on March 20, 2024, has put its first tickets on sale for eight regular routes, which will commence this fall. From Henri Coandă International Airport in Bucharest, Bees Airlines will offer flights to five destinations in five different countries.

Bees Airlines is a private airline launched in Romania in 2024. It specializes in operating irregular commercial flights with its own aircraft for tour operators.

Bees will operate flights from Romania (Bucharest and Suceava) and Moldova (Chișinău) to European destinations, as well as to Egypt and Turkey, and will primarily transport clients of tour operators.

Beginning August 16, flights to Prague, Czech Republic, will be available every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Through these routes, Bees Airlines is expanding its presence in the Romanian market and providing new travel options for passengers from Bucharest. The company aims to become a significant player in regional aviation, facilitating direct international connections for Romanians.

Additionally, Bees Airlines plans to serve two routes from Ștefan cel Mare International Airport in Suceava to Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden and Tel Aviv, and from Chișinău Airport to Verona.

From Ștefan cel Mare Airport in Suceava, Bees Airlines flights will go to Germany on Mondays and Fridays starting October 11 and to Israel on Sundays starting September 8.

“We are excited to achieve one of the goals we set when establishing the company, namely operating regular flights to as many destinations as possible. Starting in August, tourists will be able to travel aboard Bees Airlines aircraft to popular and beloved vacation spots. We have included Prague, Verona, Tel Aviv, and Baden-Baden in our destinations. We are also considering other surprise locations, which we will reveal to our passengers at the appropriate time. Our development plans aim to increase our fleet, diversify the services and products offered on board Bees Airlines aircraft. We are constantly focused on ensuring our travelers have unique experiences in maximum safety and comfort,” said the company’s CEO, Victor Antohe, on the official Bees Airlines website.
