A Romanian software company will create an e-learning platform for SMEs in Romania for the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR).

A Romanian software developer will create an e-learning platform for the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR), benefiting over 2,000 SMEs in Romania.

The project will be implemented by Zitec as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and aims to support small and medium enterprises in their digital transformation process by enhancing employee skills and specializing them in advanced technological fields or professional retraining in nine key areas of the digital sector.

According to a press release from the company, sent Wednesday to AGERPRES, through the new platform, SMEs will be able to develop competencies in fields such as: Internet of Things, Big Data, Cloud technologies, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.

The budget allocated for the solution developed by Zitec is 4,350,120 lei, excluding VAT, and the delivery deadline for this solution is the last quarter of the current year.

“The public sector is one of the directions Zitec has chosen to focus on starting last year, and this has been reflected in the number of public tenders it has participated in and won. Thus, the company is developing a series of digital transformation projects for institutions in areas such as defense, education, environment, or public services, including the General Directorate of Internal Protection (DGPI), Romanian Post, Military Unit UM 02499, National Lottery, or the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies,” the press release states.
